If I were not a physicist, I would probably be a musician. I often think in music. I live my daydreams in music. I see my life in terms of music. ... I get most joy in life out of music.

If I were not a musician, I can pretty much guarantee that I wouldn't be a physicist.

Ah Waterfall, I always leave your site grinning! Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThe physics of playing two (beats) against three when I got to Grade X (Royal Conservatory) was too much for me. I surrendered to discouragement...
btw what technical things do you write about in your cubicle?
Violet, glad my blog made you smile! That's too bad about the two-against-threes; contrary motion scales are about to have the same effect on me that two-against-three had on you! Grade X is pretty advanced though, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteIn my cubicle, I do software documentation. Which means I write user manuals. User manuals aren't so interesting. I think it's why I take blogging & piano breaks--to keep my brain awake!
